While packing we strive to ensure that all of our products are checked for manufacturing defects. A defect may pass unnoticed in very rare cases. In such case please call us or write to us with same day.
- No refund and cancellation on customised orders or worn products.
- Product tags and original packing must be intact to avail of exchange.
- Make sure that no pressure is applied to the product.
- We cannot cancel your order once it is paid.
- The customer will bear the cost of shipping the goods to us.
- We do not offer refund ,cancellation and exchange services for overseas orders
